New AutoCheck – ‘the best in the market’
By listening to our clients and using our extensive data assets and analytical skill, Experian have built on our award winning AutoCheck product and ensured that we continue to help the key organisation in the Automotive sector to make better informed decision to help drive profitable growth in their businesses. Client feedback has been positive and helps us to maintain our market leading potions across the key sectors of the market.
Clients rely upon us to provide valuable insight allowing them to make key decisions in their businesses. A key Experian differential is the wealth of data assets that our clients can access relating to the Market, the Vehicle and the People who buy them. Through the use of data and analytics we can identify where vehicles are sold, the types of people who are buying them and their buying preferences. As custodians of data, we take the collection, processing and management of data as a priority and we invest heavily in this area. Across the group, we use best in class technology, systems, analytics and people to ensure that our clients obtain maximum insight from the data we hold. As an information solutions business we can call upon vital assets such as compliance support, information security and our own multi-million pound data centre
Experian’s Automotive database was created in the mid 1990’s where we broke into a monopoly that was held since 1938. The market responded well to the innovation and choice that we provided and ever since, our clients and the needs of the market have remained our absolute focus. We can now justifiably boast to hold the most comprehensive Automotive database in the industry delivered through award winning products. We are proud to have won the Car Dealer Power award for best provenance product two years running – an award voted for by dealer clients.
Building on the foundation of having great data – we need to allow our clients to get the most value from this. The most current example of this is our new AutoCheck product – delivering client focused innovation on our award winning vehicle provenance service. New AutoCheck has been developed by re-platforming the product to allow more flexible and powerful data to the users. Following in-depth research and client interaction, we soon realised that the current AutoCheck was doing most things that our clients wanted – so we needed to focus on an evolution not a revolution.
It’s also not just us that say our data is great, our clients are giving us positive feedback and we have come out on top in head-to-head data trials with new business tenders and we retain our position as trusted provider to the market leaders in the industry.
We look forward to sharing more details of New AutoCheck in future editions of Automotive Insight, together with our vision for providing market leading insight on the Market, the Vehicles and the People who buy them. In the meantime, let’s leave you with comments from a couple of the clients who helped us develop the new product.
‘We rely upon Experian’s AutoCheck across our whole sales process to minimise risk and maximise knowledge. The data quality and functionality is key to our success.’
‘Experian always delivers data accuracy with innovation plus involves clients in product development, helping deliver maximum value.’
