Unable to log on after confirming pin. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times but still not working. The app seems to be stuck in a loop. Fortunately I am able to access my account via my laptop but would prefer the app to work cirrectly ☹

      Hi Jacob,

The message that you are seeing when you are logging in to your membership with the App does seem strange.

Have you checked to see if you are on the latest version of the App as we have made a number of improvements recently which may have affected this.

If this is still not working out for you, I’m sure our team can take a look into this for you and see what’s happening with this for you. You can find our contact details available to you here.

      Kind regards,
      Stuart

I am a monthly subscriber and have successfully used the APP.
Question – is it only for iphone as I have to turn my iPad on its end to use.

      Hi Paul,

In terms of the CreditExpert App on Apple devices, we currently only optimise the app for use on the iPhone, however as with all iPhone apps, these would also run on the iPad just in a reduced size.

      Kind regards,
      Stuart
