What we offer...
Salary and Benefits
Experian offers a competitive salary and annual leave for all its student and graduate programmes. We can also offer a number of other benefits including discounts on local restaurants/bars, holidays and electrical products, for example, through our Experian reward site or sports and social membership card. In addition, dependant on your location, you can also apply for transport subsidies to help you manage your monthly transport costs. You will also be entitled to join our pension plan and our share save scheme.
Training and Career Development
Depending on your scheme and business area, we sponsor some of our graduates to undertake formal qualifications. During the course we will offer full study support, with fees and study days, so it’s easier to manage full time work alongside studying for a formal qualification.
All of our graduates undertake our Graduate Development Programme - a blended learning programme with e-learning materials and classroom based learning. Modules aim to develop core skills, such as communication and networking. Further internal training courses, online or face to face, can be taken during your career to help enhance skills specific to your role.
Our graduates are assigned a buddy when they first start within the business, usually an ex-graduate who has experienced our graduate scheme and understands exactly what support you might need. This individual will be responsible for helping you settle in, and can be someone you can go to for advice and with any questions you have around day to day work at Experian. All of our employees go through our Global Performance Process, consisting of two performance reviews per year, and as part of this you are encouraged to build a personal and career development plan with your line manager. This will help you to understand the areas you need to develop, within your current role and beyond, in order to fulfil your career ambitions.
