The graduate scheme consists of rotations; where you will have the opportunity to work in the disciplines of Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development and Technical Development (QA/Support); helping you develop an understanding of the full software development lifecycle. You will also have exposure to industry recognised qualifications.
At the heart of your Technical Development rotation is a two month technical training course abroad. Here, you will receive technical training as well as have the opportunity to experience life in another culture.

Quality Assurance / Support
Dell Academy, India
As a Business Analyst you will experience working across a wide range of industries such as Automotive, Public Sector and ID and Fraud, as well as working closely with a variety of different clients. Your role will be to gain an understanding of business issues, systems and challenges the client faces on a daily basis. It will then be down to you to work with these clients, and Experian technical resources, to develop thorough requirements and deliver on them, outputting Experian systems and products.
This role will require you to lead a team of resources across our internal departments and our offshore technical teams, to successfully deliver projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that costs, milestones, quality and risks are monitored and controlled, while providing timely and accurate reports to project stakeholders.
During this role you will contribute to the design, deveopment, quality assurance and maintenance of our software solutions, delivering projects for our internal and external clients. We are a global team and there will be opportunities for international travel. At the heart of this rotation is a two month extended training course with an offshore partner where you will recieve technical training as well as have the opportunity to experience life in another culture - to date this has been at the Dell Academy in India.
As a Support Analyst you will work with clients to capture details of issues, detect system bugs and recommend solutions and fixes, liaising with them to ensure all expectations are met around resolutions and timescales. You will also be responsible for investigating and establishing root-cause of system issues, and develop and administer systems to monitor the health of Experian applications.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will be expected to work across a wide variety of projects, testing developed solutions, to ensure that Experian products are of high quality and standard. You will need to work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Development Leads to create the test plan for the application/product to be tested and then execute against the test plan to produce a product fit for delivery to the client. In the role, you will also get exposure to the processes and forums within the project lifecycle and given the opportunity to participate as a QA lead by liaising and supporting the offshore testing team and reviewing and approving test deliverables produced by the offshore team.
As part of your technical build rotation you will spend ten weeks studying either .Net or mainFrame programming abroad. These courses are specifically built to provide you with an understanding of how to programme “the Experian way”, giving you an introduction into how Experian systems and solutions are put together. On the completion you will spend a further two weeks shadowing offshore development teams, where you will further develop your knowledge of Experian products and develop relationships with these teams. Our current graduates have been attending the Dell Academy in Bangalore as part of their training, followed by shadowing in Noida.
