Will Liability Orders (for child support, council tax and business rates non payment) be registered on my credit report?

No, Liability Orders do not appear on credit reports, neither do any of the actual debts you mention, unless you default on your child support payments, are pursued through the county court system and incur a county court judgment. Non-payment of the other two debts would be dealt with through the Magistrates' courts.
