My tenant has moved on but many debt collectors are chasing them. Can I add a note to the address stating where they have moved to so that they stop bothering me?

I’m afraid you can only add a note to your own credit report, not someone else’s nor simply to your address. However, as you know the whereabouts of your former tenant, if you give these details to any debt collectors who are still trying to contact their customer at your address, they should quickly update their records and pursue this person at their new address. You can rest assured that because credit checks are these days made on people and not on addresses, any debts your tenant has built up at your address cannot affect your credit history or the credit histories of any future tenants.
