To query information on your credit report

There are 3 ways to contact us.

When you write to us or send a query online we answer and resolve your query as quickly as we can. The average length of time we take to resolve queries is currently about 8 days. Some queries are resolved more quickly, while others take a little longer, for example when we need to contact other companies for information.
