So how does it all work? Basically,
you can either use our job search function to
view current opportunities or you can create an
online profile. This is a simple form requesting
all kinds of personal details, experience and
preferences. The profile is totally confidential
and can be updated, by you, at any time.
We’ll store this data and you can request
to receive an email alert whenever your preferences
match a suitable vacancy. You’ll then be
asked to click through to an application form,
specifically tailored to that role, which will
include a number of pre-screening questions. Your
suitability for the role will then be determined
via assessment. The process will always be tailored
to the role you’re applying for so it will
always be different. However, broadly speaking,
it may include such selection tools as: competency-based
interviews, ability tests, and personality questionnaires. |
