A Joe’s situation has not improved, and he still feels unable to discuss it with anyone. The more payments Joe misses the more paralysed he feels.

The bank decides to contact Joe by letter and send him a freephone number asking him to give them a call. Joe’s accounts have been placed in our Tallyman system – a platform that allows the bank to define the most appropriate collections treatments and then automate them. The bank know they need to prove that they are treating Joe fairly and giving him every opportunity to address his missed payments.
