This two day workshop event will give you an opportunity to meet and hear from practitioners who have managed not only to square this circle, but who have discovered that efficiency and quality go hand in hand.

On the first day we will concentrate on people who have looked at previous and existing issues in an entirely new way. They have recognised that in some cases a decisive break from the business and delivery models of the past is an essential part of making progress. On the second day we look at examples of existing services being transformed through incremental but radical improvement. On both days the emphasis will be on practical delivery rather than theory; and on approaches which have relevance regardless of your sector.
