The Future Foundation's aim is to help organisations better understand the changing world, their customer's needs both now and in the future and the opportunities they afford. Its objective is to bring society and all its complications into the heart of organisations, helping them prosper as a result. Work is structured and delivered in two ways: the nVision research programme and bespoke consultancy services.
A few key facts
- nVision is an annual programme of market research that analyses the latest trends in consumer behaviour. Delivered online via an interactive library of slide material and reports it provides a rich and detailed analysis of the impact of economics, technology, politics, lifestyles, attitudes, and consumption on lives of consumers today and in the future.
- The nVision programme includes pan-European analysis. This covers 25 countries and enables comparative analysis of key consumer trends around issues such as lifestyles, behaviour and aspirations to take place across each of these countries.
- Using a full range of quantitative, qualitative, mathematical and statistical techniques, the Future Foundation provides an understanding of social and consumer behaviour in relation to bespoke analysis and consultancy projects for clients.
- As part of the Experian group the Future Foundation provides support to a number of complementary Experian services including the maintenance and support of Experian's family of global consumer classifications, analysis of trends in the consumption of technology and use of media, and forecasts demographic and social change.
