Pay by Direct Debit
Click on the link to open a window containing an Adobe PDF version of the Direct Debit form. Print the form, complete it, and post it to: Customer Services, Experian, Riverleen House, Electric Avenue, Nottingham NG2 1RP, United Kingdom.
Middle name
Though not mandatory, you should enter the middle name or at least an initial if the customer provides it. This helps distinguish between household members sharing a forename and surname, for example a father and son.
Surname
Surnames with an apostrophe can be entered in several ways. For example, you can enter O'Leary as Oleary, Leary, O'Leary, or O-Leary.
Hyphenated names can be entered with or without the hyphen. For example, Smith-Jones can also be entered as Smith Jones.
Home telephone
If the number is ex-directory enter an 'X' in the first box.
Do not enter mobile phone numbers. If the home telephone number is unavailable then leave it blank.
Work telephone
If the number is ex-directory enter an 'X' in the first box.
Do not enter mobile phone numbers.
Time with bank/Building Society
The number of months must be between 0 and 11.
Time in current employment
The number of months must be between 0 and 11.
Number of dependants
If there are 6 or less dependants, enter their number. For 7 or more, enter 7. Enter 8 if the information has not been supplied, or 9 if it was not asked for.
Dependants usually refer to children under 18 years or children over 18 years in full time education.
Deposit amount
Enter the amount the customer is investing or depositing.
Do not enter commas or full stops.
