E-Series Additional Certificate Requests

Before you begin

To request for additional certificates, you must have an Experian account and be a registered user of Experian Online Customer Services.
If you do not have an Experian account, complete the New Customer form.
If you do not have an Experian Online Customer Services ID, you can register using the Existing Customer form.

Step 1. Enter your Experian account details

Online Customer Service ID (e-mail address)*

Online customer service password*

Verify password*

If you have forgotten your password, the My Account page will help you retrieve it.

Step 3. Enter your contact details

Contact name*
Name of Local Authority/Govt Dept/other organisation*
Telephone*
Number of certificates required*

When you complete all the steps, click Submit
