Almost any company of any size has data stored about its customers in multiple places. Getting a full understanding of customers, and their behaviour and propensity to buy, is a non-trivial process when customers may have their details stored in each of these applications in different formats and often with different, perhaps out-of-date, personal information.

In this report, Bloor Research International looks at how organisations can create a comprehensive and accurate overview of this data, across all of the datasets – known as a single customer view (SCV) – using Experian’s SCV solutions.
