L&Q, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, focuses on developing affordable homes, managing properties and supporting communities. To handle the extensive data generated from this, L&Q relied on Experian’s services.
By combining migration with data quality efforts, L&Q have experienced a seamless migration and established a strong foundation for future growth.
In 2022, L&Q began their data migration journey, concentrating on two main areas.
Due to the combination of multifaceted processes in place, this project was far from straightforward, and as such, to ensure the best outcome, L&Q enlisted the expertise of Experian.
The L&Q Group is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers. They provide housing and related services, primarily in London and the South East, managing over 105,000 homes and housing around 250,000 people. L&Q’s vision is to ensure everyone has access to a quality home that enables them to live a better life.
