Fully customisable depending on your requirements, Triggers is ideal for lenders already receiving detailed monthly reporting via Delphi Customer Management and draws on the same wide range of high-quality data sources.

Triggers will let you know: • About events such as missed payments, County Court Judgments (CCJs), credit status changes, searches and change of address, so you can manage risk effectively and help prevent customers getting into financial difficulty. • When a consumers credit health is improving, allowing you to increase credit limits associated with revolving credit products. • When a customer moves house, so you can save money on marketing activity, or trace them to collect arrears. • When a customer searches for products elsewhere, so you have an opportunity to cross- or up-sell your products and extend your relationship. Triggers looks at every customer in your portfolio and compares their current position to that of the previous day, sourcing data from our network of Credit Account Information Sharing (CAIS) members. Any changes are sent over in batch form on a daily basis, for onward processing in your risk decisioning systems.
