Before you begin

You need to be an authorised officer of a public sector organisation involved in the statutory collection of tax and duties, collection of fines, issue of benefits or other chargeable services to use CitizenView.

To complete this form, you will need the following information:

Your personal details
Details of your organisation
Your data protection registered number
Number of certificates required
Your payment and accounting details

The form should take you no longer than five minutes to complete.
