In particular the Section headed Warranty and Liability contains important information about your rights and remedies. Who We Are Any account numbers, passwords and user names issued to account holders are collectively referred to as "ID". You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ID and remain responsible for all uses of your ID and any costs associated with your ID whether authorised by you or not. If you believe someone else knows your ID please contact us using the details on the Contact Us page. Content You may access and view the Content and may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen and/or print individual pages on paper and/or make a reasonable number of photocopies and/or store such Content in electronic form on your computer's local hard-disk for your internal business purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit any of the Content without our prior written permission. Warranty and Liability Due to the nature of the Content provided, you acknowledge and agree that the value, accuracy, and/or relevance of the Content will diminish after the Content is retrieved from the Site. These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. You agree that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms. We may make changes to any part of the Site or the Content (including these terms) at any time. We will notify you of any changes to these terms by including then below under the heading "Changes to Terms". By using the Site after the date of any change you are agreeing to the changes. If you do not agree to any changes you should not use the Site after the date of the changes that you do not accept. If you are a business user, ceasing to use this Site under this section does not (i) constitute termination of the Terms and Conditions and/or (ii) release you from any continuing obligations under the Terms and Conditions. |
