Successfully deploying machine learning in today’s digital lending world can be a challenge. The potential of data science and its integration can be game changing to business growth, improving customer experiences and responsiveness, reducing costs, and enabling a myriad of future capability. However, issues such as implementation, explainability, and understanding how to do this well, can often be confusing and overwhelming. Furthermore, changes to regulation and keeping up with the pace of innovation can prove to be difficult and often hard to understand.

Join us for a roundtable discussion and lunch on Thursday 16 January, where we will explore the challenges and future trends around machine learning including how to integrate it and drive benefits into a modern lending business. The conversations will of course be under the Chatham House Rule to encourage positive and open debate.

We’ll welcome you to our brand new Customer Innovation Experience on the 34th floor of Salesforce Tower in central London. Enjoy spectacular views across the city whilst discussing industry topics over lunch.

From Liverpool Street station use the Bishopsgate exit, turn right onto Bishopsgate/A10, the CIE is on the left, (a 3 minute walk).
From Bank Station walk north east on Threadneedle Street towards Bartholomew Lane. Turn left onto Old Broad Street and then turn right onto Wormwood Street/A121. The CIE will be on the left, (an 8 minute walk).

On arrival at the Customer Innovation Experience

To gain access to the CIE, Experian will register you in the Salesforce Tower booking system. If you need to make any changes to your attendance or would like have a colleague attend in your place, please let us know so that records can be updated.
On arrival at Salesforce Tower you will be met in the lobby by either your Experian host or a member of the Experian Events Team to escort you to the 34th floor.
Due to the security processes in place at the Salesforce Tower please bring a form of photo ID with you.

Salesforce Tower lifts

Some of the Salesforce Tower lifts are exposed to the outside of the building and move very quickly. If you suffer from vertigo or a fear of heights you may find this uncomfortable. Please let us know if this may be an issue for you and we will organise for you to use the internal lift. If you have any mobility or access concerns please make the Experian team aware ahead of your visit.
