You can order a statutory copy of your Experian credit report online for a fee of £2. Alternatively, you can see your Experian credit report online by signing up for a free credit report and 30-day trial of CreditExpert, Experian's online credit report monitoring service.
By phone
Phone our credit report order-line anytime on 0844 481 8000. Please have
your name, date of birth, current address, any previous addresses over the
last six years handy, plus a credit card or debit card in your own name.
Your statutory report costs £2 and the fee for ordering your credit report
by phone is £1.50, total £3.50. You may want to avoid our busiest times,
which are weekdays between 10 and 11am, and between noon and 2pm.
We welcome calls from Typetalk (a phone service for people with hearing or
speech difficulties).
In writing
Print a copy of our application form complete it, and send it to us
including a cheque or postal order for £2. (The address is on the
form.) You should receive your credit report within seven working days of
us receiving your application.
