A few key facts
- Includes all of the key demand drivers for office, retail and industrial property markets including GDP by sector, employment by sector, estimates of population growth and GDP per capita.
- Experian provides reports for each of the 16 Asian cities, updated twice a year. Access is also provided to Experian's quarterly updated macroeconomic reports on the relevant Asian economies.
- The Asia City Service coverage includes: Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangalore, Bangkok, Seoul, Toyko, Osaka, Mumbai, New Delhi, Taipei and Chennai.
- A database of historical and forecast data is also available in Excel format. Country data are updated quarterly and key centre information is updated annually.
