What is Experian ID?
Experian ID is a new Experian service to verify your identity when you join Experian, and to authenticate you each time you log in.
If you joined Experian for the first time after 12 May 2017
Experian ID has been included in your current terms and conditions. And you can already make use of this service. This is where you can keep your personal details up to date, like your name, date of birth, home address and email address. You can use Experian ID to access all the benefits of your Experian membership.
You can find out more about Experian ID here.
If you joined Experian before 12 May 2017 or have reactivated a previous membership which you created before 12 May 2017
We’ll be rolling out the Experian ID service to all customers this year. And we’ll be sure to let you know all about the new service in advance. In the meantime, you can continue to log in with your existing Experian username and password. Please note, your email address will soon be used as your username to log in to all your Experian accounts. If you’ve got a minute, it’s worth checking it is up-to-date.
