Data Access Request

Getting hold of your data

To access your data, you need first to register and pass our security checks - in place to make sure only the real you can get hold of your personal information. We'll then ask you to select the information you'd like us to retrieve.

Before you register to make a data access request, it's worth considering what you want the information for. Most people make data access requests to check a company is using their personal information correctly - but if you just want to see what's in your credit report or get specific information on something else, like your employment records, it may be quicker and easier to use one of our other accounts or subscriptions.

Experian Credit Score

Available in the free Experian account.

Experian Credit Report

Available with a CreditExpert paid subscription (which includes a 30-days free trial for new customers) or our free statutory report service.

Business Credit Report

Available in business report services.

Experian marketing services information

Available in our marketing services portal where you can see your personal information and set your marketing preferences.

Experian employee and job applicant

Current employees can see their employee information using Oracle. Previous employees and job applicants can contact AccessHR@experian.com.

Experian Support Hub

You can request the information we hold on you if you have registered on the Support Hub product by following the instructions at the end of this page.

Experian ID information

Available to anyone with an Experian ID in your Experian account.

Web monitoring feature

Available in your Experian product which includes web monitoring.

Experian customer information

If you're an Experian customer (whether it's a free Experian account, a paid subscription like CreditExpert or a service supplied through one of our partners), your information is available in your Experian account.
