Android 5 and iOS 9 onwards are supported. The app is currently not available for tablets.
Initial setup will be required to use the quick access PIN or Touch ID/Fingerprint. Touch ID/Fingerprint is only available on hardware capabible devices.
The Experian app is meant to complement your membership and not be a replacement to accessing all your details on the full site at experian.co.uk.
