How does the 30-day free trial work?
Your 30-day free trial starts when you register. If it’s not for you, simply cancel your free trial at any time without charge. Once your free trial has ended, your paid subscription will start. When you register, sometimes further ID verification may be required to access the full service. This can take up to 5 days.
Do I qualify for a free trial?
To qualify for a free trial you must be a new customer to CreditExpert or Identity Plus.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel any time you like. To cancel CreditExpert or Identity Plus, just log in to your Experian account and go to 'My Subscriptions'.
