Digital ID checks are now a reality, led by changes in legislation which support digital identity to be used for both Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks and Right To Work (RTW). Join us for our latest webinar to find out what it all means for you.
The digital age surrounds us, digitisation is expected as standard by customers. They want to consume in a simple, fast, efficient way via the channel of choice. If they don’t get it, they go to a place where they can.
Our aim, amongst others is to improve a candidate’s experience and reduce the time to hire. Background checking has traditionally been burdened with heavy legislation and manual processes. However, we are at the start of an evolution, with DBS adopting the Digital Identity Framework, we can challenge those traditional manual processes.
But will these legislative changes and the introduction of digital identity actually change recruitment forever? We think so. We will look to give you the latest update on Employee Digital ID Checks (what it is and how it is being adopted) from both the DCMS and DBS.
We will also be discussing what the future of screening looks like and explain how we can move from a manual, time consuming process, towards an automated digitisation journey using the power of data.
Join us on 5 October at 2pm to find out what the future looks like and what it all means for you.

From 6th April, the Government updated Right to Work guidance and launched a new Digital Right to Work Scheme. This allows employers to remotely verify the Right to Work status of a potential employee by working in partnership with a certified Identity Service Provider (IDSP).
Join us on 21 September at 2pm, just a few days before the end of the Covid Adjusted Checks policy, where we will give you the latest insight from the Home Office. Along with guidance from our experts on how you can conduct Right to Work checks in line with legislation using our certified solution, be it remotely, or face to face.
Our customers are asking – “What is IDVT?”, “What is an Imposter Check?”, “Is Right to Work just an identity check?”, “How can I conduct Right to Work checks on overseas candidates correctly?”, “Can I use one tool to carry out checks face to face or remotely?”
We will answer all of these questions. This is a chance for you to learn and ask the questions which are important to your business.
