The global pandemic saw an unprecedented shift in customer behaviour and expectation. Coupled with the cost-of-living crisis, the consumer landscape is changing. How can we keep up with evolving, digital-first consumer expectations whilst protecting business from increasingly complex fraud attacks?

On 22 June 2022, the Experian Identity & Fraud team, alongside industry representatives, will take you through the findings of our annual research that spans across 2,000 business and 6,000 consumers across 20 countries. Our experts will share the latest UK&I and global trends in fraud and identity. We'll explore how customer behaviours and expectation in fraud and identity verification are changing.
