Data quality in action: Empowering Ambulance Trusts and the NHS

How the East of England Ambulance Service is Transforming Operations, Workforce Management and AI Readiness

Join Experian Data Quality and East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) to discover how trusted data is improving operational efficiency, supporting workforce management and discover how this can create the foundation for AI-driven innovation.

What can ambulance trusts achieve with the right approach to data quality?

Over the past five years, EEAS (East of England Ambulance Service) has transformed how it manages both patient and workforce data, embedding data quality rules directly into operational systems like CAD.

The result?

  • Improved accuracy at the point of capture
  • Automated flagging of data issues to line managers
  • Better reporting and segmentation (including A&E insights)
  • More effective management of workforce data like sickness and holidays
  • All achieved without heavy reliance on technical teams

We’re hosting a webinar to showcase this journey, sharing the real, day-to-day use cases that are now embedded into EEAS operations and delivering measurable impact.

If you're part of an ambulance trust or NHS organisation looking to:

  • Simplify reporting and meet audit requirements
  • Improve operational data reporting accuracy
  • Empower frontline teams with better data

…this session will provide a practical, proven blueprint of what’s possible.
