Alina is a highly accomplished consultant with over 25 years’ experience within onboarding, background screening, providing consultancy services to leading strategic clients, government, public sector organisations, leading international organisations and retail brands; working with many well-respected industry data suppliers including Experian’s own propriety data, to improve screening both in the UK and globally.

Bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in not only employee vetting services, RTW, operations, SAAS based solutions, predictive workforce analytics, but also in an HR capacity including compliance and employment law.

She acts as an Ambassador within HR Forums and participates in Thought Leadership groups ie, Criminal Records Trade Bodies, Professional Background Screening Body Forums, who collaboratively are responsible for spearheading several industry-wide background screening initiatives, including digital identity, better ways of hiring, fraud & insider threat prevention, investigation and analysis.
